This information will help us tailor your cruise specifically for you and your mate, and it will allow us to verify the availability of your preferred cruise-week(s), before you send in your request.
STEP THREE: CONFIRM YOUR CRUISE RESERVATION......
HIRE: A reservation is made with a deposit of your check or money order for $500.00.
Make checks payable to CRUISE-USA, llc. Balance is due no later than
90 days prior to hire.

You will receive a written confirmation of your requested dates, and a complete hire contract by return mail. In addition, you will receive our canal cruise planning package, with charts and information to start planning your cruise vacation. If you prefer, we offer planned itineraries that detail our favorite places to visit along the canal. We'll let you know where the most complete docking facilities are located, with electricity, water, restrooms, and showers. We will suggest our favorite places to eat, stores to get provisions, and where to sample the local fare on your cruise. We'll also suggest the sites to see, and all the things you shouldn't miss during your cruise.
STEP FOUR: COMPLETE, SIGN, AND RETURN THE HIRE CONTRACT...
Mail your signed hire contract, and include your check for the balance due, no later that 90 days prior to the charter. Upon receipt, we will mail you additional materials, and an informative guide detailing the operation of the Nimble Nomad Trawler you've hired.
STEP FIVE: PREPARE FOR A WONDERFUL VACATION...
Plan a rough itinerary with the planning package we sent you. Or just plan on using one of our leisurely paced "float-plans" if you like. Call us if you have questions, we're glad to help you with every aspect of your trip. Pack your comfortable, casual boating clothes, and camera; and prepare yourself for a great vacation. Most of our clients arrive in Brewerton, NY, the evening before their charter begins. We can recommend some fine local hotels and some terrific dining opportunities right in Brewerton. We'll look forward to meeting you at 2pm, at Buoys restaurant. Your introduction and orientation cruise is very straight forward, and then you're off to start your personal cruise.
SOME DETAILS YOU’LL WANT TO KNOW
HIRE PERIOD: 7 days / 7 Nights....Departures are on Saturdays at 2 pm, with the boat returned, cleaned, and vacated by 10 am on the following Saturday. The boat is returned to the point of departure.

CANCELLATION FEE: The following charges apply to cancellations received within these periods,
A SECURITY DEPOSIT of $500 will be held by CRUISE-USA at the time of hire.
INSURANCE: Liability coverage is required. ( approx. $75.00 / boat / week.)
RESTRICTIONS: CRUISE-USA will restrict cruising on Seneca, Cayuga, Oneida lakes, and Lake Ontario in New York, or in the Gulf of Mexico. Exceptions must be pre-approved in advance, in writing, by Cruise-USA.
PETS: Unfortunately, we can't allow your pets to join you.
SMOKING: We offer NON-SMOKING vessels only.
