We want to introduce ourselves, and let you get to know us, and all about the Nimble Nomad Trawlers we are so excited about offering for charter. A short phone call is usually the best way for us to help you start your cruise planning. We want to assist you in planning a most memorable vacation along the magnificent New York State Canal System. You can also email us your cruising plans/request.


STEP TWO:   PRINT THIS PAGE / FORMS

Discuss this questionnaire with us, and let us get to know you better. We'll help you with any answers you're unsure about over the phone. This information will help us tailor your cruise specifically for you and your mate, and it will allow us to verify the availability of your preferred cruise-week(s), before you send in your request.

STEP THREE:   CONFIRM YOUR CRUISE RESERVATION

    A reservation is made with a deposit of your check or money order for $500.00.
    Make checks payable to CRUISE-USA, LLC. Balance is due no later than 90 days prior to hire.

     Note: If your desired dates are within 90 days, call us for deposit / confirmation details
     Mail both the above form, and your check to: CRUISE-USA, LLC 406 McNamee Ave. Ocean Springs,  MS 39564

You will receive a written confirmation of your requested dates, and a complete hire contract by return mail. In addition, you will receive our canal cruise planning package, with charts and information to start planning your cruise vacation. If you prefer, we offer planned itineraries that detail our favorite places to visit along the canal. We'll let you know where the most complete docking facilities are located, with electricity, water, restrooms, and showers. We will suggest our favorite places to eat, stores to get provisions, and where to sample the local fare on your cruise. We'll also suggest the sites to see, and all the things you shouldn't miss during your cruise.


STEP FOUR:    COMPLETE, SIGN, AND RETURN THE HIRE CONTRACT

Mail your signed hire contract, and include your check for the balance due, no later that 90 days prior to the charter. Upon receipt, we will mail you additional materials, and an informative guide detailing the operation of the Nimble Nomad Trawler you've hired.

STEP FIVE:    PREPARE FOR A WONDERFUL VACATION

Plan a rough itinerary with the planning package we sent you. Or just plan on using one of our leisurely paced "float-plans" if you like. Call us if you have questions, we're glad to help you with every aspect of your trip. Pack your comfortable, casual boating clothes, and camera; and prepare yourself for a great vacation. Most of our clients arrive in Hibiscus Harbor Marina in Union Springs, New York, the evening before their charter begins. We can recommend some fine local hotels and some terrific dining opportunities right in the area. We'll look forward to meeting you at 2pm, at the Hibiscus Harbor Marina. Your introduction and orientation cruise is very straight forward, and then you're off to start your personal cruise.

SOME DETAILS YOU'LL WANT TO KNOW:

HIRE PERIOD: 7 days / 7 Nights....Departures are on Saturdays at 2 pm, with the boat returned, cleaned, and vacated by 10 am on the following Saturday. The boat is returned to the point of departure.

Note: Multi-Week charters are available, call us for details and the savings on these.

CANCELLATION FEE:

The following charges apply to cancellations received within these periods:

       Fewer than 45 days prior to hire = 100% of fare.
       46-90 days prior = 50% of fare
       90 or more days prior = 15% of fare.
       Cancellation insurance information will be provided with your hire contract.
       A SECURITY DEPOSIT of $500 will be held by CRUISE-USA at the time of hire.
